L'Oréal Groupe Spain and Portugal has strengthened its senior management with the appointment of Joana Fleury as the new General Manager of L'Oréal Professional Products for Spain and Portugal, the group's division specialized and leader in the professional hair care segment, as detailed in a statement.
Fleury brings significant international experience to the Spanish and Portuguese markets, backed by 11 years of experience within L'Oréal Groupe. For the past three years, she has led the L'Oréal Professional Products division in Brazil, considered the fourth largest beauty market on the planet and a global benchmark for sophistication, knowledge, and high specialization in hair care.
In this new role, her objective will be to continue the division's strategy to consolidate salons as true strategic partners and key players in the dynamism of the professional hair care industry. Her main focus will be on strengthening the direct link with industry professionals in order to detect and develop new joint business opportunities.
